Liquid Fuel Forwarding Units
Mainly for dual fuel turbines, the liquid fuel forwarding units are used to filtrate and pump the fuel oil towards the turbines.
Automatic PIG launcher and PIG receiver
For a decommissioned offshore production platform in the North sea Eltacon has developed an automatic PIG receiver to collect the pig’s entering the platform trough the gas transportation pipeline coming from the main land (UK).
The 36″ production and gas transportation line leaving the platform to the mainland (The Netherlands) is also equipped with an automatic PIG launcher, sending the pig’s with an automated conveyor belt and launcher to the pipeline.
The receiver and launcher can unload and load up to 20 pig’s without personnel intervention.
